Nursing and midwifery shift rosters were maintained in Google Sheets while the fingerprint attendance system read its own database, so the two drifted apart every month.
Approach
A data-integration script: Pandas reads and normalizes the Google Sheets roster, staff identifiers are matched against the attendance database (Microsoft Access over PyODBC), and a delta sync writes only the rows that actually changed instead of reloading the whole month.
