Problem
Registering residents for Indonesia's Cek Kesehatan Gratis program means re-typing rows from Excel spreadsheets into a web form, one resident at a time.
Approach
A Python assistant that validates the Excel records (OpenPyXL, defusedxml for safe parsing), checks existing registration information, and fills the browser-based form with Playwright — including CAPTCHA handling via ddddocr. The final submit step is deliberately disabled pending review, so the tool assists rather than replaces the operator.
